基于DCS的蒸汽锅炉优化控制系统设计

摘    要:针对燃煤蒸汽锅炉,设计了一套基于DCS的优化控制系统。首先通过OPC接口将DCS系统与本优化控制系统连接,其次利用力控组态软件设计优化控制界面,并用C#高级语言编写优化算法,实现对蒸汽锅炉的优化控制。系统经现场试运行效果良好,保证了锅炉燃烧的经济性、负荷与出力的协调性及运行的安全性。

Abstract:This paper designs optimization control system against steam boiler based on DCS. First, the system uses OPC to connect DCS system with optimization control system, then an interface of optimization control system by using force control is designed, and optimizer through C# is written. After that, the system can achieve optimal control of the boiler.The system is running well in practice, it can ensure the economy of the boiler, the coordination of load and output, and the safety of operation.
