30cm口径离子推力器热特性模拟分析

摘    要:为了对30 cm口径LIPS-300推力器的热设计提出合理建议,利用有限元分析软件对LIPS-300离子推力器进行地面稳态及热应力分析。结果显示处于大流量点火工作状态时,离子推力器的高温部件主要是阳极筒锥段、屏栅筒以及后极靴,当推力器达到稳态后,阳极筒和后外壳锥段的热形变占主要地位。根据仿真分析得出的热设计优化结论是提高LIPS-300离子推力器内外部件的表面发射率是可以降低内部部件温度,并满足磁钢工作温度上限的有效方法。

Abstract:For reasonable advice to 30 cm diameter ion thruster's thermal design,the thermal behaviour of a LIPS-300ion thruster is described by finite element analysis software. Steady-state temperature distributions and thermal deformation for the thruster are simulated. The Steady-state thermal analysis results show the high temperature components are taper discharge chamber,upstream cylindrical and downstream harness. The thermal deformation analysis results exhibit discharge chamber and outer shell deformation is the chief influence factor. The simulation results suggest that increase emissivity and reduce absorptivity of thruster components will reduce the temperature distribution effectively.
