超深层岩溶地基上高层建筑桩筏基础性能研究

摘    要:为了研究超深层岩溶地区高层建筑桩筏基础的整体工作性能,本文结合工程实例,采用现场监测和数值模拟的方法对无锡世贸中心主楼下超深层岩溶地基经灌浆处理后桩筏基础受力和变形进行研究。在桩端和筏板上布置相应的监测点,检测桩端应力,筏板内力,以及筏板沉降随上部结构刚度增加时的变化规律,同时,配合有限元模拟溶洞存在对整体结构桩筏基础的影响以及对比灌浆后桩端地基反力的变化。得到桩筏基础在上部结构和岩溶地基等共同作用下受力和变形等相关结论,对于岩溶地基桩筏基础的选型以及地基处理评价具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:In order to study the overall work performance of pile-raft foundation on ultra deep Karst ground, the paper studies the stress and deformation of pile-raft foundation under Wuxi World Trade Center on ultra deep grouted Karst ground by method of field monitoring and numerical simulation. It monitors pile tip stress and raft internal forces, as well as the raft settlement variation with the increased rigidity of the upper structure by arranging monitoring points at the tip of pile and around raft board. In conjunction with the finite element simulation, it shows the effect on the overall structure of piled raft foundation when cave exists, as well as pile-side ground reaction force change after grouting. It obtains some conclusion about piled raft foundation under combined action of upper structure and Karst ground together, which has important reference value for the Karst ground piled raft foundation selection and ground treatment evaluation.
