| 摘 要： | 以落实安全生产责任制,加强现场安全监督检查管理工作为切入点,就如何提高安全监察人员的业务素质和责任心,认真履行监察职能,有效开展现场安全监察工作,及时发现纠正违章行为,把反违章工作真正落实到生产作业的每个环节,实现安全生产能控、可控、在控等方面进行探讨。
