摘    要:运用弹塑性理论对换热器 (锅炉 )管子与管板胀接接头的胀接机理进行了较深入的探讨 ,对影响胀接接头连接可靠性的几个因素 ,从理论上作了分析并进行了实验验证 ,对目前的现行规范提出了修改意见 ,建议胀接连接方式可以扩大使用范围 ,并可改善换热设备的设计条件。

Abstract:Based on plastic-elastic theory, a deep investigation in expanded join t mechanism of tube-tubesheet expanded joints and heat-exchanger(boiler) was mad e . The influencing factors of connection between tube-tubesheet expanded joints w ere analyzed theoretically and testified on experiment. The suggestions to amend current regulations were put forward. The recommended methods of expanded joints connection can be widely applied. Designing conditions of heat-exchanger can be improved.
