提高大直径灌注桩承载力施工技术

摘    要:本文重点介绍了采用履带式钻机取孔、预制超长钢柱、超细水泥灌浆等加固灌注桩承载力施工技术,成功地解决了大直径2.8 m、桩深30 m、扩底直径4.8 m人工挖孔桩施工进度、成本增加等难题,取得了良好经济效益。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduced applying construction technology of driling holes by the crawler, the usage of the precast long steel column and superfine cement grouting in the reinforcement of bearing capacity of the grouting pile. These methods successfuly solved problems of the schedule and cost increasing in the pile construction of artificial hole of 2.8m in diameter, of 30m in depth and of 4.8 m in expanding botom diameter and achieved good economic benefits.
