二连油田稠油热采效果评价

摘    要:
二连油田稠油油藏埋藏浅、储层物性较差、储层非均质性严重,单层厚度小(平均2.2m),采用小井距注蒸汽吞吐开采,在经济上和技术上存在很大的风险性。以吉32热采试验区的开发实践为基础,分析了其注蒸汽吞吐开采特点,研究了影响吞吐效果的因素,提出适合薄油层稠油热采的厚度筛选标准及注汽参数,并对其开采效果进行了技术经济评价。结果表明:虽然试验区油层物性条件较差,但只要针对油藏特点、采取有效措施,高寒地区的稠油热采不但技术上可以取得成功,经济上也是可行的。根据试验区注汽井间干扰严重的特点,利用干扰剔除法对井间干扰效果进行了客观、真实的评价。吉32试验区热采开发的成功,不但为高效、科学开发二连油田的稠油资源打下了基础,其开发经验对国内同类型稠油油藏的开发同样具有指导意义。图4(郭海莉摘)

Abstract:
Since the viscous oil reservoir in Erlian oil field is shallow, poor in physical properties, seriously heterogeneous and thin in its single layers (2.2m on an average), it is risky both in economics and technology to adopt steam huff and puff with a close pattern. Based on the development practice in Ji 32 pilot test, this paper analyses the production features of steam huff and puff, studies the factors affecting the response of steam huff and puff, gives the thickness screen standards and the relevant parameters suited to thin layer steam huff and puff, and finally makes a technical and economical evaluation on the production effectiveness. The result shows that the viscous oil steam huff and puff in cold area could be successful in technology and feasible in economics by using effective methods fitted to the reservoir characteristics, although the physical properties of the reservoir in the pilot are poor. Because of the existence of serious interference between wells in the pilot, an objective and realistic evaluation on elimination method was used to obtain the interference response. The successful development of Ji 32 pilot under steam huff and puff not only laid a foundation for developing viscous oil in Erlian effectively and scientifically, but also provided experience and reference for developing the same kind of domestic viscous oil reservoirs.
