| Abstract: | This paper has introduced a new generation of PCB cleaning agent designed for envi-ronmental protection and used for batch aqueous cleaning and on-line spraying, with which therosin base flux, small quantity of residual flux with no-clean technology, water soluble flux, un-solidified welding slags on SMT modules and advanced sealing assemblies as well as the residualsof modules can be removed. |
