| 摘 要： | 针对胜利油田鲁明天然气公司盐2井容易出砂、无工业电源、地层压力不高这一实际情况,提出了注气辅助化排工艺,研制了相应的机组。一方面,利用集输管网的反输气作为发动机燃料和增压气源,解除井筒及近井地带积液,恢复气井生产;另一方面,复产成功后采用连续泡沫排水采气工艺,实现气井的连续稳定生产。该工艺在盐气2井的成功应用,对排水不畅井和水淹井的复产具有重要指导意义,为容易出砂、地理位置偏僻且无工业电源的浅层气井的高效开发摸索出一条新路子,具有显著的经济和社会意义。
