负载氧化铁凹凸棒石脱硫剂的制备及再生工艺

摘    要:采用浸渍法制备了凹凸棒石负载氧化铁脱硫剂(Fe2O3/ATP),考察了浸渍液活性组分浓度、浸渍液与载体体积比、浸渍时间和粒度对其脱硫活性的影响,采用FT-IR和XRD手段表征了新鲜和脱H2S后以及再生的Fe2O3/ATP脱硫剂,并采用热空气法探讨了再生温度、热空气流量和再生时间对其再生性能的影响。结果表明,最优的Fe2O3/ATP脱硫剂的制备条件为浸渍液活性组分质量分数40%、载体与浸渍液体积比1∶3、浸渍时间4 h。在此条件下制备得到的粒径为0.38 mm的Fe2O3/ATP脱硫剂在常温、常压下的硫容达到33.08%。失活的Fe2O3/ATP脱硫剂在50℃、空气流量0.8 L/min的条件下再生4 h,1次再生率达到81.22%,经过4次再生后,再生率仍可达到51.29%。Fe2O3/ATP在常温常压下脱H2S时,主要是将H2S转化为FeS和S,经热空气再生后,FeS被空气中的O2还原为Fe2O3和单质硫。

Abstract:Fe2O3/ATP desulfurizer was prepared by impregnation method, over which the desulfurization test from a gas containing 100% H2S was carried out in a fixed-bed system at atmospheric pressure and room temperature. Effects of the concentration of active component in impregnation solution, the volume ratio of ATP to impregnation solution, impregnation time and particle size on the desulfurization properties of Fe2O3/ATP were investigated. Fe2O3/ATP desulfurizer was characterized by using FT-IR and XRD before and after the desulfurization test, and also the regenerated products. The spent Fe2O3/ATP was regenerated by heat air method, and the effects of regeneration temperature, hot air flow and regeneration time on regeneration were discussed. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions for Fe2O3/ATP desulfurizer were the active component mass fraction in impregnation solution of 40%, the volume ratio of ATP to impregnation solution of 1∶3, impregnation time of 4 h, under which the prepared Fe2O3/ATP with the particle size of 0.38 mm possessed the sulfur capacity of 33.08%. The regeneration efficiency of spent Fe2O3/ATP desulfurizer regenerated under 0.8 L/min hot air and 50℃ for 4 h could reach 81.22%. After four times regeneration, the regeneration efficiency could still reach 51.29%. At room temperature and normal pressure, H2S may be turned into S, H2O and FeS on Fe2O3/ATP desulfurizer, and after the hot air regeneration, FeS was reduced to Fe2O3 and S by O2 in the air.
