富水软岩大断面交岔点巷道失稳控制实践

摘    要:为了实现富水软岩大断面交岔点巷道的稳定控制,分析了榆树井煤矿富水软岩大断面交岔点巷道掘进失稳的形成及原因,制定了更为经济有效的支护结构和合理的支护参数,采用了关键部位补强支护+全断面锚注+U29型钢支架拱部、肩部使用固棚锚索支护+底板砌筑钢筋混凝土反底拱等复合型全封闭支护手段实现巷道稳定。实践结果表明:此类复合型支护手段可以有效控制富水软岩大断面交岔点巷道的稳定,通过观测,巷道在修复45 d以后已经呈现稳定趋势,巷道收敛变形速率为0.012 mm/d。
