摘    要:利用海洋假单胞菌PT-8发酵胞外多糖,对其发酵液进行乙醇沉淀,Sevag法除蛋白,透析、冷冻干燥后得到纯化的胞外多糖(EPSs)。用分光光度法测定多糖的还原力以及在不同体系中对羟自由基、DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力。结果表明,多糖具有较强的还原力、羟自由基和超氧阴离子的清除能力,多糖对DPPH的清除作用较弱,低于同等条件下的维生素C。

Abstract:A marine pseudomonas PT-8 was fermented to produce extracellular polysaccharides(EPSs).The fermentation liquor was treated in alcohol precipitation; Sevag method was used to remove protein, dialysis, freezing and drying method was used to purified EPSs.The scavenging effects on·OH, DPPH radical and O 2·by EPS were investigated using spectrophotometry.The results indicated that the EPSs had strong reducing power and good scavenging ability to the ·OH and O 2·.Its ability of scavenging DPPH radical was much lower than that of VC under the same conditions.
