摘    要:分别用重铬酸钾法和紫外分光光度计测定了污水中的化学需氧量COD及紫外吸光度A值。通过测量比较,数据拟合后,得出两者线性关系式为:COD(mg/L)=(A+0.00950)/0.02945,线性相关系数r=0.9986。实验结果表明,污水中COD与A值具有良好的线性关系,利用紫外分光光度法可以简便有效地检测污水中化学需氧量COD。

Abstract:Chemical oxygen demand COD were determined by potassium dichromate method and the UV absorbance were determined by the UV spectrophotometer to research the relevance between them. Compared by measuring and data fitting, the linear relationship which was COD (mg/L) = ( A + 0. 00950)/0.02945 between the two was obtained, with a good linear correlation coefficient equal to 0. 9986. The results showed that the COD and the A value of the polluted water had a good linear relationship, and the ultraviolet spectrophotometer used to determine chemical oxygen demand COD in wastewater was very simple and effective.
