摘    要:
从风电行业现状及展望、铸造工艺、造型、成分设计、熔炼、退火等方面阐明了低温球铁件的标准要求、过程要求、装备要求、注意事项,强调了质量管理对稳定产品质量的重要性.综合行业优势企业的经验表明,采用刚性好的树脂砂造型,大流量平稳充型,施放安全冒口,选用优质原材料,强化球化孕育处理,必要的退火处理,持续改进等,是获得稳定高质量铸件的关键.

Abstract:
From the aspects of the status quo and prospects of wind power industry,the casting process,shaping,composition design,melting,annealing,and so on,the requirements of standard,process and equipment and the notes etc.of low temperature ductile iron in wind power generator were expounded,and the importance of quality management was emphasized.Integrating the experiences from industrial-strength enterprises show that it is a key of getting stable high-quality castings to use a good rigid resin sand in molding and a smooth and greater flow in filling,to select safety riser and high quality raw materials and to strengthen the processes of nodulizing,inoculation and annealing.
