离子交换膜分离酸洗废液的研究

摘    要:根据H!+、Fe ̄(2+)通过阴离子交换膜的扩散速度的明显差异,分离硅钢酸洗废液.研究结果表明,H ̄+扩散速度比Fe ̄(2+)扩散速度大17~37倍;在流入倍数接近1和处理负荷小于17.8L/m ̄2·d.的条件下,酸回收率大于90%,回收酸中Fe ̄(2+)小于10g/L.

Abstract:Base on the difference of diffusion rate between H and Fe2 in the anion exchange membrane, the separation of waste liquid pickling silicon steel sheet is studied. The results showed that the diffusion rate of H is 17 to 37 times larger than that of Fe2 . Under the conditions of flow multiple approaching 1 and treatment load being less than 17. 8 L/m' d, the rate of HCI recovery is more than 90 %, and FeZ of recovered HCI is less than 10 g/L.
