静电加速器高压的产生、提高、测量与稳定

摘    要:介绍了静电加速器高压的产生、提高、测量与稳定后研究了绝缘气体成份、气压和湿度对击穿电压Ub的影响。发现67~0.1 Pa气压时存在耐压“盲区”;Ub随气压升高而增强,>0.6 MPa后N2、CO2的Ub增加趋势变缓,而混合气体的Ub仍增加较快,N2∶CO2为4∶1时效果最佳;加入SF6可明显提高Ub;湿度对Ub影响不大。

Abstract:The ways of producing,raising,measuring and stabilizing the high voltage of electrostatic accelerator are introduced.The effects of gas composition,pressure and humidity on breakdowning voltage are studied.Conclusions are drawn that there is a pressure-resisting blind area in 67~0.1 Pa,that U_(b) is improving along with the rising of pressure,that the increasing trends of U_(b) of N_2 and CO_2 become slow but that of their mixed gas still increases by a line above 0.6 MPa,that the optimum result is obtained when the proportion of N_2 and CO_2 is 4:1,that adding SF_6 can raise U_b evidently and that humidity hardly influences U_b.
