摘    要:针对工业现场中气缸位置信息传输的问题,提出了构建基于ZigBee技术的无线传感器网络,简要介绍了气缸无线化系统方案,利用CC2430和无触点式磁性传感器完成中心节点和终端节点的硬件设计,并给出系统软件实现流程。通过与Zigbee协议栈的接口,实现Zigbee网络的建立、节点加入、终端设备绑定等功能。经过搭建试验平台验证,该系统可以实现气缸位移信息的无线传输,减少工业现场复杂的布局布线等问题,证实了其有效性和通用性。

Abstract:Based on ZigBee Wireless Sensor Network(WSN) technology,this paper fulfills the function of transmiting and controlling the cylinder location information wirelessly in the industrial environment.This paper briefly introduced the solutions of cylinder wireless system.The system mainly included the terminal node and the center node,which were designed by CC2430 and the non-contact magnetic sensor.Then it provided the process of system software implementation.It made effective use of the interface of ZigBee protocol stack to establish the network,join to the network,bind with the terminal node.After primarily debugging in lab,this system can realize the convenience,effectiveness,innovation and universality of cylinder monitoring wirelessly.It can consequently reduce the complex wiring problems of industrial layout and improve the scene monitoring of pneumatic equipment.
