变速箱ECU功能检测系统设计

摘    要:开发出一种变速箱ECU的功能检测系统。开发了以飞思卡尔16位单片机为主控芯片的检测电路板,在CodeWarrior环境下编写单片机控制程序,并利用VB编写上位机软件。该系统可用于变速箱ECU的出厂检测,可实现ECU的电源、CPU、通信、输入输出等模块的功能检测。实验表明:该系统快速、准确、可靠,提高了ECU故障的检测效率。

Abstract:A function test system was developed for the transmission electric control unit(ECU).The test PCB board was designed,taking Freescale 16-bit microcontroller as the main control chip.The control program of the microcontroller was developed within the CodeWarrior environment.By using Visual Basic(VB),the software of upper machine was developed.The system can test the function of transmission ECU,including the power,CPU,communication,as well as the input and output channels.The test result shows that the system is quick,accurate,reliable and can improve the efficiency of the fault test of the ECU.
