摘    要:焦化废水中含有大量难降解有机物,难以用常规生化方法处理达到排放标准。本试验采用Fenton+曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺对经A^2/O生化处理后的焦化废水进行深度处理,在最经济的前提下确定Fenton试剂最适宜的操作条件为:n(H2O2):n(Fe^2+)=0.68,Fe^2+=2g/L,反应时间90min,pH=5。经生化处理后的焦化废水在此条件下经Fenton试剂预处理后.再经过BAF.间歇运行12h,出水CODCr可降至100mg/L以下,色度低于50倍,达到国家一级排放标准。

Abstract:Coking wastewater, which contains lots of persistent organic pollutants, is hard to meet the discharge standard by regular biochemical treatment. Combining processes of Fenton and BAF was used to advanced treat the wastewater after the biochemical treatment. With the lowest cost, the optimal operating conditions were: n(H2O2):n(Fe^2+)=0.68,Fe^2+2 g/L, the reaction time was 90 min and pH=5. Coking waster, which had been treated by biochemical process, inducted into combining porcesses of Fenton and BAF lasted 12 h, COD of the final effluent was less than 100 mg/L, color was less than 50 times, which has met the national first-grade standard of effluent.
