摘    要:针对输配电外业多回路采集数据量大,无法实时查询、修改的难题;以及内业照片数据、GPS数据与属性数据关联繁琐的缺点,采用PDA硬件平台,以Visual C#的Smart Device为工具,建立SQLite数据库开发了基于PDA的输配电线路测量外业系统;并用VC通过OCI连接Oracle数据库开发了内业系统.内外业系统界面友好,采集效率高,查询、修改便利,多元数据综合管理,实现了输配电线路测量内外业一体化.

Abstract:For the problem of large amount of transmission and distribution data, the problem of unable to query and modify on real-time, and the shortcoming of cumbersome association among of image data, GPS data and attribute data, using PDA hardware platform and with the Smart Device of Visual C as tools, SQLite database is established and the transmission and distribution line measure field system is developed. And the office system is developed also by OCI connecting Oracle database. This system has the advantages of friendly interface, high colletion efficiency, convenience of query and modification, and comprehensive management of multivariate data, which realizes transmission and distribution line integration measurement.
