平板式半挂车车架有限元分析

摘    要:
应用Pro/E对平板式半挂车车架进行三维实体建模。对该模型进行简化处理、抽中面和修补后导入ANSYS。采用壳单元建立平板式半挂车车架的有限元模型,对车架进行静力分析和模态分析。结果表明,车架在弯曲和扭转工况下,刚度和强度满足要求;车架结构的低阶模态频率不在路面激励频带之内,不会产生共振现象。

Abstract:
A three-dimensional entity model of fiat-plate semi-trailer frame was designed using the Pro/E software. The entity model was simplified and patched with the mid-surface being extracted. Then the model was introduced into the ANSYS software. Shell elements were used to establish the finite element model for the fiat-plate semi-trailer frame. The static analysis and modal analysis of the frame were conducted. The results show that the stiffness and strength of the frame earl satisfy the requirements of the bending and torsion loads. The lower modal frequency of the frame is not within the scope of the road excitation frequency, which does not produce a resonance phenomenon.
