| 摘 要： | 为解决复杂曲线铣削难的问题，设计了基于DSP的小型开放式PC—NC系统。系统主要由工控机、电机及其驱动器、运动控制器以及基于PC的控制软件组成。自行设计开发的基于DSP的运动控制器可以方便的扩展多轴。采用模块化结构开发了上下位机软件和方便用户二次开发的动态链接库。实际测试结果证明了所开发的系统的优越性。
