基于PROFIBUS-DP的PLC、HMI控制系统在径锻机中的应用

摘    要:径锻机原CNC控制系统年久失修,于是采用基于PROFIBUS-DP的PLC、HMI控制系统对整台设备进行改造.改造后的设备不仅保证产品的加工精度(尺寸公差达±1 mm),而且具有故障率低、抗干扰性好、可靠性高、运行稳定、人机界面交互友好和锤头尺寸调节便利准确等特点,在实际生产中得到很好验证.

Abstract:For the disrepair of CNC control system in radial forging machine, a reform based on PROFIBUS-DP PLC HMI control system was used in entire equipment. After transformation, the device not only to ensure the accuracy of product processing, dimensional tolerances is ±1 mm, but also has low failure rate, anti-interference, high reliability, stable operation, friendly interface, convenience and accurate in hammer head size adjustment, well verified in actual production.
