油气悬架在全液压底盘上的应用与建模

摘    要:为克服传统的弹簧悬架系统线性特性的缺点,在全液压底盘上采用先进的油气悬架技术。油气悬架系统具有非线性的变刚度特性和变阻尼特性,有助于提高车辆的平顺性和稳定性。根据车辆工作要求,对悬架系统进行部分参数计算,为油气悬架的设计提供理论依据。根据双缸耦连物理模型,建立刚度特性和阻尼特性的非线性数学模型,为油气悬架的参数选择和优化奠定基础。合理地选择油气悬架系统的工作参数,将会进一步提高车辆的平顺性和稳定性。

Abstract:In order to overcome the shortcomings of linear trait of the traditional spring suspension system,advanced hydro-pneumatic suspension technology was applied in the full hydraulic chassis.HPS has nonlinear characteristics of stiffness and damping,which will improve ride comfort and stability of the vehicles.This paper does system parameters matching calculated according to the job requirements,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the HPS.This paper establish a nonlinear mathematical model of the characteristics of stiffness and damping according to the physical model of two coupled cylinders,which established some basis for the parameter selection and optimization of HPS.Choosing the reasonable parameter of HPS will improve ride comfort and stability of the vehicles much more.
