摘    要:通过溶胶-凝胶法在PDP绿色荧光粉BaMgSrAl_(10)O_(17): Mn的表面包覆纳米尺度的Al_2O_3-SiO_2复合膜,并对包覆机制进行了探讨.通过ICP-AES、SEM、FT-IR和XRD对包覆过程及包覆结果进行了表征.

Abstract:A coating on PDP phosphor by a thin and homogeneous layer of nano-scale colloidal Al2O3 and SiO2 using the sol-gel method was investigated and the mechanism was studied. ICP-AES,SEM,FT-IR and powder XRD were employed to characterize the coating.
