冷连轧穿带轧制新工艺试验研究

摘    要:在对宝钢 2 0 30、1 4 2 0冷连轧机穿带工艺分析的基础上 ,提出了 2 0 30冷连轧机穿带轧制的新工艺。利用现场试验数据进行模型计算 ,提出了改进穿带工艺的建议 ,为缩短带时间、降低穿带损耗提供了依据

Abstract:Based on an analysis of threading operation for Baosteel's 2030 and 1420 continuous cold rolling mills,a new technology applied to the threading operation of 2030 cold rolling mill was developed.According to model computation using the on-site experimental data,suggestions to improve threading operation were given,which would be beneficial to reducing threading time and strip head loss.
