氯化蒸馏渣中锗提取技术的研究和利用

摘    要:
氯化蒸馏渣中的锗90%为硅锗酸盐,为酸不溶锗,可溶于碱。采用碱溶液,浸出渣中的硅锗酸盐,在一定条件下,使硅锗分离(除硅),除硅后的溶液含Ge50mg·L^-1为贫锗溶液,为降低生产成本,贫锗溶液未加任何沉淀剂,直接水解沉淀锗而达到从氯化蒸馏渣中提取锗的目的。技术指标:锗浸出率〉85%,除硅率〉95%,沉锗率〉95%,锗的回收率〉70%。此工艺技术投入生产一年余,年处理氯化蒸馏渣2000余吨,回收锗1500kg。

Abstract:
About 90 percent of germanium in chloride distillation residue is silicon germanium salts, it is acid insoluble germanium, it can be dissolved in alkali, it can be leached by using alkali solution. After removing silicon, residue contents germanium of 50 mg. L^- 1 in the solution, that is barren liquor. In order to lower production costs, without any precipitation agent be added in germanium solution , directly hydrolysis precipitation be used to extract the germanium from chloride distilled residue. Specifications: C,e leaching rate 〉 85%. removing silicon rate 〉95%; sedimentation rate of germanium 〉95%;The recovery rate of germanium 〉70%. The technology have already gone into production for more than a year, process ed the distillation chloride slagmore than 2,000 tons, recovered 1 500 kg of germanium,
