原子吸收分光光度法测定化妆品中铅含量

摘    要:采用不同消解方式对化妆品进行前处理,优化了实验条件,建立了火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定化妆品中铅含量的方法。实验结果表明,铅在0~6.0μg.mL1范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.999 8。选用浸提法对膏状化妆品进行前处理,具有良好的重现性(RSD=0.76%),较低的检出限(0.75mg.kg 1),适用于化妆品中铅的测定。

Abstract:To compare three pretreatment methods such as dry ashing, wet digestion and extraction method as the as-sistant means. The results showed that a linear calibration curve with lead concentration in the range of 0~6.0μg.mL^-1 was prepared,having a correlation coefficient of0. 999 8. RSErs of less than 1 % were found at concen-tration levels of 1.0 and 2.0 μg.mL^-1 with seven determinations. When the sample was 1.0 g and the volume was 10 mL,the detection limit achieved a value of 0.75mg.kg^-1. Key words: cosmetics ; lead; AAS
