铺装层参数对钢桥面铺装结构温度应力的影响

摘    要:在钢桥面铺装的受力和破坏过程中,温度荷载的影响不可忽视。以厦门海沧大桥主跨为背景,采用ANSYS有限元软件,建立钢桥面铺装模型,讨论高温下钢桥面铺装层的厚度和弹性模量对钢桥面铺装结构温度应力的影响。结果表明铺装层厚度的增大会导致铺装层内的温度正应力的减小,结构的剪应力和层间接触应力却随之增大。铺装层的弹性模量对铺装结构的影响十分显著,随着铺装层弹性模量的增大,铺装结构的温度应力有较大的增长。

Effect of pavement index on temperature stress of pavement structure at steel bridge deck
Abstract:The effect of temperature stress on the pavement of steel bridge deck is not ignorable in the processing of force bearing and de-stroying. Based on the main span of Haicang Bridge,ANSYS finite element software was applied to build up a steel bridge pavement model, and the effects of thickness and elastic module of steel bridge pavement layer on temperature stress of steel bridge pavement under high tem-perature environment were analyzed. The results showed that the increasing of thickness of pavement layer tended to reduce the temperature positive stress,and resulted in the increase of structural shearing stress and inter laminar contact stress. The effect of the elastic modulus from pavement is significant. With the increasing of elastic modulus from pavement,the temperature stress of pavement structure increased significantly.
