| 摘 要： | 本文描述了一种以二维正交反射光栅为计量基准元件，以透射光栅为分光元件的二维光栅干涉仪，从研究光栅表面的光扰动出发，分析了这种干涉仪的原理及所用光栅间的匹配关系，通过实验分析了干涉仪的调整方法及主要误差，实验结果表明：这种新型二维光栅 的精密线值计量方面有着良好的应用前景。
