| 摘 要： | 介绍了莱钢洁净钢的生产工艺：脱碳、脱硫、脱磷、脱氮、脱氢、脱氧及夹杂物的控制,莱钢充分利用RH与LF精炼技术提升产品质量,成功开发了低碳洁净钢,将S、P、N、O、H5元素质量分数总和控制在100×10-6以下。

| Abstract: | This article mainly introduces the technologies about clean steel production in detail,such as decarbonization,desulphurization,dephosphorization,denitrogenatlon,dehydrogenatlon,deoxidation and inclusion controlling.Laiwu Steel make full use of LF and the RH refining technology to enhance the quality of products,the cleaner low-carbon steel has been developed successfully,the total mass fraction of five elements S,P,N,O and H has been controlled under 100×10-6. |
