超临界技术处理铁泥制取铁红

摘    要:铁泥是染料中间体生产中排出的废弃物,其主要物相为Fe3O4.本文以铁泥为原料,运用超临界水氧化法研究了制取氧化铁红的方法.研究表明,经超临界法处理铁泥,通过高温煅烧,可使Fe3O4转化为α-Fe2O3,处理过程中的压力对产品的品质基本没有影响,其品质远远好于铁泥直接煅烧.超临界法处理铁泥制取铁红是一种可行的非常有潜力的技术方法.

Abstract:Mud iron is the waste during the production of dyestuff and its crystal is Fe_3O_4.Producing red iron oxide from mud iron by supercritical water oxidation(SCWO) was proposed in this paper.The experiment showed that the quality of product produced by SCWO before calcinating,was obviously better than that of calcinating red iron directly and the crystal of product was not affected by reaction pressure.Therefore it is feasible and potential to produce red iron oxide from mud iron by SCWO.
