磨煤机控制系统优化的实现

摘    要:基于300 MW单元机组仿真机平台,获取磨煤机控制系统的各控制对象的动态特性曲线,经辨识得到控制对象数学模型.鉴于磨煤机控制系统的多变量耦合效应,采用前馈补偿解耦控制方法来实现解耦,以此来优化磨煤机控制系统的控制品质,并在Simulink仿真软件平台上实现了对该控制系统的优化仿真.本研究为现场控制系统优化提供理论基础,具有实际的工程化的指导价值.

Abstract:This topic is based on the 300 MW unit simulation machine platform,obtaining each controlled objects dynamic curve from the mill control system and the controlled objects dynamic characteristic mathematical model through the analysis and the computation.Since the mill control system is the multi-variable system and has the coupling effection,and for this purpose,feed forward compensation decoupling control methods are adopted to achieve decoupling,in order to optimize the mill control system to improve the quality of regulation.Then the simulation is carried out using the Simulink simulation software to control this system,and optimized processing is carried out to the controller PID parameter.
