磷酸盐类化学结合陶瓷材料

摘    要:对磷酸盐类化学结合陶瓷材料,根据所用原料的不同将其划分为不同的几个体系进行了综述。重点介绍了Al2O3-P2O5-H2O、MgO-P2O5-H2O、ZnO-P2O5-H2O、ChO-P2O5-H2O、CaO-Al2O3-P2O5H2O和CaO-SiO2-P2O5-H2O等体系中材料的制备方法、显微结构、反应机理及性能特点。由于磷酸盐类化学结合陶瓷材料具有低温制备、性能良好等特点,因而具有广阔的应用前景和发展前途。

Abstract:A comprehensive introduction was made for phosphate chemically-bonded ceramics by dividing them into several systems according to their raw materials used. Emphasis was on the syntheticmethod,microstructure, mechanism and properties for Al2O3-P2O5-H2O, MgO-P2O5-H2O, ZnO-P2O5-H2O, Cao-P2O-H2O,CaO-Al2O3-P2O5-H2O and CaO-SiO2-P2O5-H2O systems. Since such materialscan be synthesized at low temperature and possess excellent properties, they will have a wideapplication and promising future.
