| 摘 要： | 针对催化裂化装置的T-102再生器发生局部超温现象提出了具体的检验方法和检验重点.检验结果安全状况等级定为4级,监控使用.在监控使用过程中,必须密切监控简体壁温,严禁再次发生超温现象,这对确保再生器的安全运行具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | With respect to the phenomena of excess temperature occurred in T-102 regenerator used in catalytic cracking plant,concrete inspection method and focused inspection point were proposed.The result of inspection was class IV in safety level and it should be used with supervision.In supervision,the temperature of the shell shall be watched and excess temperature must not be occurred,which is very important to ensure the safety in the operation of this regenerator. |
