回风口脏堵情况下贯流风机的流动特性与试验研究

摘    要:根据某一空调型号产品,在模拟回风口脏、堵情况时,出风口出现明显的“噗、噗”不连续异音,针对这一现象,开展了相应的数值与试验研究.研究结果表明:在现有产品的情况下,通过对接水盘的整改,具体为:在靠近电机一侧的出口处增加1cm的垫块,接水盘涡舌形状进行优化,可以达到消除异音的目的.通过对流场的分析还可以发现,整改后的流场分部更合理,消除了原机风轮内部的低速区.


Flow characteristics and experimental research of cross flow fan under the condition of dirty and Blocked of air inlet
Abstract:According to a type of air conditioning products,in the simulation of the air inlet,dirty plugging,the outlet appeared "puff,puff" for abnormal sound,in view of this phenomenon,to carry out the numerical and Experimental Research on the corresponding.The results show that:in the existing products,through rectification,docking water plate concrete:increase pad 1cm at the outlet near the motor side of the water receiving disc vortex tongue shape optimization,can eliminate the abnormal sound of purpose.Through the analysis of the flow field,it can be found that the improved flow field segment is more reasonable and eliminates the low velocity area inside the original turbine rotor.
