缓蚀剂HC01缓蚀行为研究

摘    要:加工高酸、高硫原油过程中,减粘顶水对塔顶冷凝系统和材质为20号钢的流出管线腐蚀严重,为了减少腐蚀过程对管线和设备的危害,有必要提出有效的防腐措施。通过失重法和电化学交流阻抗法,对11种顶水介质常用缓蚀剂进行筛选,研究了不同浓度下各缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能,针对缓蚀效果优良的咪唑啉缓蚀剂HC01最佳用量及其在20号钢表面的吸附行为进行了研究。结果表明:缓蚀剂HC01最佳浓度为145.5 mg/L,缓蚀率高达90.26%,在20号钢表面的吸附行为服从Langmuir吸附等温式,属于化学吸附。咪唑啉缓蚀剂HC01在减粘顶水介质中对20号钢的缓蚀效果明显,建议现场应用。

Abstract:In processing high sour crude oil,visbreaking top water will result in severe corrosion on condensation system and outflow pipelines(made of #20 steel).In order to reduce corrosion and damage of corrosion on pipelines and equipment,it is necessary to take effective corrosion control measures.Adopted are weightlessness method and electrochemical AC impedance method to select 11 kinds of corrosion inhibitors commonly used for top water medium,analyzed are corrosion inhibition performances of such corrosion inhibitors under different concentration conditions and studied are the most appropriate dosage of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor HC01 and its adsorption behavior on #20 steel surface.The results show that the most appropriate concentration of corrosion inhibitor HC01 shall be 145.5 mg·L-1,corrosion inhibition rate can be as high as 90.26 % under such concentration condition,its adsorption behavior on #20 steel surface complies with Langmuir adsorption isotherm and belongs to the chemical adsorption.Imidazoline corrosion inhibitor HC01 has obvious corrosion inhibition effect on #20 steel surface in visbreaking top water medium and it is recommended for field application.
