| 摘 要： | 江汉油田钻井公司为了控制钻井施工成本,提高综合经济效益,在公司内部推行单井承包。其具体做法是,施工前,对单井下达包干成本、工期、质量、安全等考核指标;施工过程中,严格实施各项措施;施工后,经过完井结算,严考核,硬兑现。推行单井承包全要素造价管理,对公司提高精细管理水平,推进节能降耗,提高经济效益起到了重要作用。

| Abstract: | Jianghan Oilfield Drilling company practices the system of single well contract in order to control the cost in drilling and improve overall economical efficiency. The concrete procedures are： before operation, the single well is given an evaluation index including contract cost, time limit, quality and safety; in the process of operation, measures are strictly implemented; after well completion settlement, rigorous assessment and hard cashing are executed. Pursuing total factor management of single well contract plays an important role in improving fine management, lowering energy consumption and enhancing economic returns. |
