摘    要:分析了S曲线加减速的动力学特性并提出其快速计算方法。根据电动伺服压力机的加工运动特点,控制系统应用S曲线加减速;提出了运动段速度的前向和后向的提前预分析处理方法和一种离散化速度衔接方法。这些方法使加工运动能满足系统的加速和减速的要求,实现段间高速的速度过渡。这些算法简单、有效,已在最新开发的伺服压力机上得到应用。在高速加工时机床运行平稳、噪声低。

Abstract:The kinetic character has been calculated and a rapid computing method of S-curve velocity profile has been proposed in the text.As per the movement characteristics of electric servo press,S-curve velocity profile has been used to produce acceleration and deceleration.A pre-process algorithm of backward & forward velocity and a method of velocity smoothing in the scattered domain have been proposed.The algorithms are effective which have been already applied in newly developed electric servo press.The high-...
