上海磁悬浮铁路预应力轨道梁检测技术

摘    要:上海磁悬浮铁路是世界上第一条投入商业运营的磁悬浮铁路。它的建设过程中科技人员攻克了许多技术难关。其中,土木工程部分技术难度最大的就是预应力轨道梁的制作。由于磁悬浮轨道梁使用性能的特殊要求,其制作精度要求极高。施工过程中最为重要的就是预应力轨道梁制作过程中的先张——后张预应力的张拉控制。文章分析介绍了振弦式传感器的技术特点和振弦式锚索测力仪的开发、研制及应用情况。

Abstract:The Shanghai Maglev Railway is the world''s first commercial maglev railway. During its construction process, scientific and technological personnel overcame many technical difficulties. Among them, the most challenging technical aspect in civil engineering is the production of prestressed track beams. Due to the special requirements for the performance of maglev track beams, their manufacturing accuracy is extremely high. The most important aspect during the construction process is the tension control of pre tensioning and post tensioning during the production of prestressed track beams. The article analyzes and introduces the technical characteristics of vibrating wire sensors and the development, development, and application of vibrating wire anchor cable force measuring instruments
