| 摘 要： | 不溶性硫黄Crystex Cure Pro(简称Cure Pro)具有高分散性、高热稳定性、高含量等特点。在全钢子午线轮胎中使用Cure Pro替代不溶性硫黄HDOT20可减少胶料的喷霜,提高胶料与钢丝的粘合性能。同时因Cure Pro的有效硫含量较高,其在配方中的用量可减小,性价比较高。

| Abstract: | Insoluble sulfur Crystex Cure Pro(Cure Pro for short)had the characteristics of high dispersibility,high thermal stability,and high content.Using Cure Pro instead of insoluble sulfur HDOT20 in all-steel radial tire could reduce the blooming of the rubber compound and improve the adhesion property between the rubber compound and steel wire.At the same time,due to the high content of effective sulfur in Cure Pro,its dosage in the formula could be reduced,and the cost performance was higher. |
