多孔式液气缓冲器的设计方法

摘    要:运用碰撞理论和小孔节流原理,研究了多孔式液气工业缓冲器;通过对碰撞过程中能量关系和缓冲压力确定依据的分析,建立了活塞前方所有小孔理论面积的计算公式;介绍了用有限个小孔逼近理论面积的方法;同时分析了确定气室容积和复位力的条件。

Abstract:Studies the industrial porous oil and gas buffer with collision theory and hole throttle principle, Theoretical hole area at the piston front and establishes a calculation formula for the through analysing the energy relations in collision process and the determination basis of cushioning pressure. Also introduces a method for approaching the theoretical hole area with finite holes and discusses the determinants of the air room volume and the back force.
