为了不断提高水电工程的建设管理水平,根据中国大唐集团公司<电力工程达标投产管理办法>.结合平班、乐潍水电站工程实际情况,采取现场调研,"走出去,请进来",现场督促、指导、检查等工作方法.协调解决达标投产工作中出现的重点、难点问题,系统总结和分析了迭标投产工作经验,提出今后工程如何做好达标投产工作的建议,以提高工程整体移交水平.
