摘    要:研究了采用挤压方法成形矿用液压管接头外套(C-13)和芯子(JWT-13×2)的生产工艺。包括毛坯制备,挤压力计算,挤压设备选择。研究该型号管接头芯子的冷挤压成形技术,利用设计的成形模具进行工艺实践获得成功。研究结果对实际生产过程具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In this paper,we mainly studied manufacture technique of outer wear and taper core of mine using hydraulic pressure adapter in which cold extrusion forming technique was adopted.Compared with the conventional forming technique,utilization ratio of cold extrusion forming technique enhanced 41.2%(outer wear) and 100%(taper core).After cold extrusion,rigidity of the taper core and the outer wear were improved 52.3% and 75.2%,respectively.Moreover,intention of the taper core and the outer wear were enhanced 10% and 78%,respectively.So,using new designed taper core's cold extruding die to produce the part was successful.All the above results of study will bring an instructional significance in the manufacture process.
