MTS液压伺服加载系统钢门架模态分析

摘    要:MTS液压伺服加载系统试验机在进行疲劳试验时,其支承试验机的钢门架在某些情况下振动非常明显,钢门架的振动对试验结果会产生很大的负面影响。通过采用MSC.Patran&Nastran有限元软件对钢门架进行模态分析,得到钢门架的前10阶振型和固有频率;再采用锤击法试验测量钢门架的固有频率。通过比较可以发现,有限元模拟结果与试验结果能很好吻合。分析结果可用于设定试验机工作频率范围,避免试验架的共振。
