紧联接螺栓直径的几何中值选法

摘    要:在不严格控制预紧力的普通螺栓紧联接的强度计算中.一般需采用试算法来确定螺栓的公称直径。如果螺栓的公称直径d和小径d1选择不当,一般需多次试算才能获得满意的结果,计算过程繁琐,设计效率低。为了提高设计效率,本文进行了分析研究。发现在螺栓的设计中,工程上对螺栓的公称直径范围作了规定,如M6-M16、M16-M30、M30-M60。为了加速试算的收敛速度,本文应用“几何中值法”确定螺栓直径,大大提高了螺栓紧联接的设计效率。

Abstract:In intensity calculating of common bolt tightening connection under uncontrolled pre-tightening force, the trial calculating method is usually adopted to decide the bolt nominal diameter. If the nominal diameter d and the minor diameter are chosen improperly, it needs many times trial calculating to get the satisfied result. Thus the calculating work is heavy and with low efficiency. In order to improve the designing efficiency, the article carries out an analysis and research. In designing the bolt, the nominal diameter range of the bolt is provided, such as M6-M16, M16-M30, M30-M60. To accelerate the trial calculating speed, the "geometric mead method" is used to confirm the bolt diameter, and in this way improves the bolt diameter designing efficiency greatly.
