轧制力滤波与辊缝补偿的新方法

摘    要:论述了一种实用的轧制力滤波与辊缝补偿的新方法,它通过对在线和离线采集到的轧制力分别进行快速傅立叶变换,经频域分析,把轧件影响的那部分轧制力在线检测出来,实现了厚度计AGC模型中实时反馈出轧件造成影响的那部分轧制力,同时定量推导出补偿偏心的辊缝值,从而有效地抑制了偏心的影响,提高了厚度精度,同时给出了仿真结果。

Abstract:A new applied method of filtering and compensation of rolling force in roll eccentricity control was discussed .The forces collected on line and off line were translated by FFT and analysed in frequency domain.The rolling force influenced by the workpiece in a rolling process can be examined, realizing the feedback of that part of rolling force in time with thickness gauge AGC model Meanwhile, the rolling gap with compensation eccentricity was quantitatively deduced. So it could restrain the influence of eccentricity effectively and improve the thickness precision.The result of simulation was also given.
