摘    要:黄姜皂素废水加氨水中和处理,酵母发酵生成酒精,馏出酒精,浓缩物添加无机肥料,配制成复合肥,进行蔬菜培养肥效好。该工艺使皂素工业的主要污染物质得到了处理和再利用,同时得到副产品酒精和复合肥料。

Abstract:Acidic waste solution from yam(Dioscorea Zingiberensis C.H.Wright) diosgenin processing was neutralized by ammonia, then fermented with yeast to produce alcohol. After alcohol distillation, the concentrated solution was made up compound fertilizer. Vegetables grew up well with the fertilizer. This is a possible technology to treat the main pollution source of diosgenin processing and to reuse the waste material. It conducted to two by-products: alcohol and compound fertilizer.
