摘    要:针对常规封隔器在大斜度井上应用存在密封效果差及反洗井后活塞关闭不严等问题,研制了大斜度井Y341可洗井高效注水封隔器。该封隔器胶筒肩部设计了防突机构,可限制胶筒朝油套环空"突出"或"流动";反洗关闭胶座采用钢丝簧和橡胶硫化结构,具有反洗井单向打开功能。室内和现场试验表明,该封隔器密封和反洗井性能可靠,达到设计要求,可满足密封压差30 MPa、井斜小于40°的分层注水要求,最长密封有效期超过700 d。该高效注水封隔器为大斜度井和深井精细分层注水提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:In light of the problems such as poor sealing effect and unreliable backwashing of conventional packer in highly deviated wells, the Y341 high-efficiency water injection packer capable of well flushing was developed.
