连续管在注入头多种夹持方式下的受力分析

摘    要:连续管作业机在现场作业时,连续管在传送过程中受到的压紧力会使管体形成一定的椭圆度,影响了连续管的工作性能。研究了连续管在双向夹持、3向夹持和4向夹持等3种夹持状态下的受力和变形,并应用Pro/Mechanica对连续管的应力大小及分布进行了分析,计算了连续管的变形量,指出采用4向夹持方式连续管产生的椭圆度仅为0.26%,最大应力为330.3 MPa,远小于其他2种夹持方式,因此连续管的性能可以得到更大程度地发挥。

Abstract:When the coiled tubing unit runs on the spot, the pressing force of coiled tubing in the process of transmission will lead to some ellipticity of the tubular body, thus affecting the operating performance of coiled tubing.
